    Using Coreforce Energy in many areas so far in my life it has enhanced my strength and my flexibility far better then most methods I have used. Never for one second believe you can't achieve something when its right there in front of you. We all have power within us and its never too late to learn and become strong without the wear and tear of long training. I'm over 245 lbs. & yet i'm flexible and agile then most men my size.
