According to recent studies, caffeine helps improve strength and boosts your performance by stimulating neuromuscular excitability throughout your body. It actually promotes calcium release into your muscles that also increases your strength.

Your neuromuscular peformance is very important to pay attention to for optimal peak performance training. Your energy and performance most often decrease in the early morning as well as late afternoon.

Recent studies have found that compared to afternoons and evenings our performance actually decreases most often in the early morning and late evenings.

Accoring to Spanish researchers, injesting caffeine supplements helped prevent early morning decreases in performance in strength training with weight in men by increasing muscle recruitment levels.

Caffeine is still restricted from the NCAA, but it was taken off the banned list back in 2004.

So if you want to improve strength levels and performance especially in the early morning hours, a cup of coffee is certainly going to help get you past any possible slumps.

How good are super strength training techniques if you are not stimulating your mind to acquire superior abilities as well?

So many jocks I encounter these days condition their bodies feverishly with often bizarre and extreme methods in the desire to transcend into the domain that people might call “super human”.

It's a fantasy of so many athletes and people as a whole to possess “super human” qualities – to find ways to access their ultimate human physical performance and excel far beyond what their competition can do.

Maybe it was bred by so many childhood comic books, animated cartoon, films, and computer games. Maybe it is just in many people's genetic code to want to be more — to be special and to be heads above the herd.

Do You Want to Enter the Super Human Realm?

Regardless, if we're genuinely to one day develop beyond our human capabilities into a “superhuman-realm”, then I ask why is it that the absolute majority of athletes still condition their bodies so unrelentingly and yet habitually omit to condition their minds as aggressively with comparable time and exuberance?

Call me strange, but even as a youngster I always believed that my favorite superhuman characters would for sure have to be in command of some sort of super brainpower in order to do all the herculean feats of strength they did.

How could all those superhumans possess so many astonishing skills and yet be barren of a superior brain of some kind to make it all possible?strength_definition

Even though most of them purportedly developed their super strength from some kind of nuclear reaction, chemical reaction, or from having been born on another planet or solar system with completely different laws of physics, I always imagined that their mental capacity would sure enough function so differently from ours and that's the precise reason their bodies would react so magnificently and far beyond our human capabilities.

Is Over Training Giving You Diminishing Returns?

It IS the brain that commands the body isn’t it?

In the interest of acquiring superhuman strength, so many an athlete drive themselves into a spiraling whirlpool of decreasing returns called overtraining and other irrational behaviors.

Living with the ideal that “more is better” frequently leads so many to be forgetful that the pain and stiffness they are seeking to work through are in reality their muscles, nerves, and body mechanisms attempting to communicate to the brain that they need a lot time to mend properly before they can be pushed further into accessing the powers of super strength.

Employing our will over utilizing some common sense does not seem to equate to superior intelligence.

Every human being with a desire to become super human had best not only train their brains systematically and regularly to think more expeditiously and creatively, but to train it to acknowledge the distress signals that the body is trying to communicate to the brain and to promptly take time off from their super strength training in order to rest adequately.

A super brain must have not only the ability to press the body harder but to heed what the body is also telling it more intelligently. These are things that will assist it in order to heal faster and to become stronger in the shortest amount of time.

Let Your Body Recover Sufficiently

I think it would be sensible for us to expend a good deal more time letting the body recover sufficiently so it can come back supercharged for the next workout.

What better time than on our recovery periods away from the gym to learn better ways to bridge the immense powers of the intellectual realm with the exact language your body intuitively translates to aggressively change the manners in which you move and explode with muscular strength and speed?

Perhaps it’s just me, but it appears logical that a human being who desires to become superhuman physically would as well prefer to be developing a super human brain at the same time to go along with the tights and superior attributes of their ideal superhuman.

Melding the Mind and Body

If acquiring super strength is your goal, then what a great idea would it be to expend your recovery time away from the gymnasium expeditiously to learn fresh ways of thinking and new ways of powerfully melding the mind to the body?

How extraordinary it would be if schools began seriously advocating super strength training for BOTH mind and body and teach pupils how the body and the mind functioning as one can really wake up our hidden capabilities to truly be more than we ever believed imaginable?

Hmmm, perhaps I have read too many comic books…what do you think?

Human Super Strength & Vibrational Strength

If you were to go to the hospital for an MRI where they would scan you, they would tune the frequencies to what your body is vibrating to calculate your vibrational strength in a sense. It's this way that human super strength, as it were, can be measured and improved with nutrition, sleep, and most importantly – developing a strong mind body connection.

The question is – what is your body vibrating? Does it vibrate in harmony with what you're thinking? And, do those vibrations change from moment to moment and from person to person?

 Human Super Strength Can Be Measured

Your vibrational energy calibrations are as individual as our fingerprints and are ever changing and controlled by our thoughts.

What are you vibrating when your boss says he wants to see you in his office? What do you vibrate when someone close to you tells you they love you? Are the vibrations you feel just emotional OR do they also affect your strength on a physical level?

Well, if you're with me already, I think you'd agree that if you want to attain what others might call optimal human super strength, you'd want to always know exactly how your mental, physical, and emotionally charged vibrational energy was engaged at all times to maintain the highest peak performance levels.

I think you'd agree that your vibrational frequencies vary from day to day from moment to moment, from situation to situation, etc.

You will be well on your way to getting optimal human super strength when you learn to control them as they will directly affect your every experience from the gym, to the office, and even to the bedroom.

Think for a moment as if you were a concert pianist. A concert pianist plays the 88 keys and yet inside the piano, what's making the music is how you are really controlling hundreds of strings and their very vibrations.

Master Your Vibrational Energy for Human Super Strength

It’s these vibrations in your own body that change your emotions and your audiences' experience and create optimal human super strength or weakness. Those vibrations travel invisibly through the air and affect people deeply – or NOT – depending how you press down those keys, enhance the timing, the sensitivity, the velocity, etc.

So, if you were a concert pianist, it would be your job to know exactly how you create the most optimal emotional connection to your audience by stimulating the correct vibrations of the strings at the right time – AND , you’d need to know how to do that consistently – that, or you’ll be mostly likely playing to empty rooms and have a very short career!

When I say you’re in command of hundreds of strings, here’s what that means exactly. Each of the upper register notes have three strings per note – strung with such tension that some of them equals about 3000 lbs. per square inch!

The middle register strings go down to two strings per key. The lower notes are only one very thick string per note. Each string is a completely different length and thickness.

Each of your ten fingers is in command of a tremendous amount of vibrations when you play – commanded by your brain, heart, and fingers.

Well, lets now compare playing the piano to an athlete seeking optimal peak performance as a pianist might. Instead of actually playing the keys and strings of the piano, – you “play your muscles” by commanding the intensities and the ebb and flow of each movement with the vibrational energy and strength that's created by the fusion of all hemispheres of your brain fused together with you body and and emotions.

You've often heard of an athlete who “plays with of lot of heart”. It's those athletes that have the longer and successful careers generally.

Work Your Muscles Like the Strings of a Piano

Each muscle has hundreds and hundreds of fibers with different thicknesses and tensions – just like the strings of a concert grand piano. The intensity of the vibrations from your brain contracts and relaxes them.

Too much tension means diminished strength, speed, and endurance. The right amount can easily give you optimal human super strength in record time if you're not fighting against yourself.

You need to send precise frequencies to each and every muscle fiber to connect optimally with full capacity of contractions – which equals strength and velocity – AND, you need to do it consistently and to know how you did it the right way consistently.
