Gain Muscle Mass Fast

If you're serious and you're ready to gain muscle mass fast and naturally, then you need to develop a real idea of how the muscle building process works.  There are many guys who desperately want to bulk up, not many of them have invested the time to really develop a plan for what they are trying to do.  For every person I see who has things organized in the gym and with their muscle building diet plan, I see a few thousand who seem to aimlessly wander their way through their workouts.  The bottom line is that if you really want to build some new muscle mass easily, then you need to have an organized program to lean on.

Next, I'm going to uncover the things that are critical when it comes to packing on muscle mass and teach you how to create a simple plan for building muscle mass naturally. If you really want to gain muscle mass naturally, then all you need to do is commit creating your own customized muscle building program based around the tips below.

The very first step in creating a muscle building program is to sit down and think through your dedication to the process as a whole.  While every guy I run across will say that they seriously want to gain muscle mass, very few of them are actually willing to put in the hard work to make it happen. Before you start to think about hitting the gym, you need to know exactly how many workout sessions each week you can make it a habit to get into the gym, how much time you can set aside to be there for each visit, and whether or not you can get really focused about a muscle gain diet outline of some sort.  While these things seem like their pretty simple and straightforward, they are the exact same things that most people don't even consider before they get started with their muscle gaining plans.

After you have a very good idea of your commitment level to the whole muscle building process, all you've got to do is create a program structure and nutrition blueprint that falls in line with the time that you can set aside each week.  For a lot of guys this means that they can hit the gym 4 –5 days every week without an issue, while other guys just can't make it to the gym more than 1 or 3 times a week.

Please don't spend too much time thinking about the actual number of training sessions that you can get in, focus on how much muscle building work you are getting done every time you walk into the gym and you'll get less discouraged as you move through your work out routine. At a minimum, I'd recommend setting aside at least 2 –3 training sessions each week.

After you've got your training strategy all lined out, you need to start thinking about your bodybuilding nutrition strategy. This is one of the most important things to think about if you really want to gain muscle mass. One of the things that I teach people who are trying to build muscle is that you've got to be able to focus on some type of nutrition structure for at least 5 out of every 7 days each week. Anything less than 5 out of 7 days, and you risk not being able to flood your body with enough nutrients to build muscle mass.

In order to gain muscle as fast as possible, I recommend that you sit down and think things through before you go out and grind thorough any type of workout. Not only will you have a better understanding of how the body building process fits together, and you'll be in a much better position to maintain your new muscle tissue well into the future.

If you want to gain muscle mass quickly and naturally, then you need to have a good plan of attack. Find out how you can build muscle mass in less time than you ever thought possible starting today.

How to Gain Muscle Mass Fast

So you have signed up on a gym membership and have been working out regularly in your quest to be more muscular. Weeks and months have gone by and you have not seen much muscle gain. Why is that so? How can you gain muscle mass faster?

Well, you are not alone. This is because there plenty of science and hard work involved if you really want to build muscle mass like those of bodybuilders. However, I understand that most guys will not want to get that big and so, your it will be much easier if you just want muscles big enough for you to go shirtless at the beach or at the public swimming pool to impress girls.

So here are two surefire ways for you get impressive muscle gain real fast!

Muscle mass workouts – There are two exercises you must do to pack on impressive muscle mass and they are The Squat and Deadlift. These are two powerful exercises that can build impressive muscle mass all over your body.

Strangely, most people in the gym are not doing these excercises. Somehow people tend to favor puny exercises like dumbbell bicep curls and dumbbell triceps kickbacks. This is the reason why most of them don't gain the muscle size that they want because they are not doing mass builders like the Squat and Deadlift.

The mere fact that each of these two exercises work out about 75% of your entire body speaks volumes about its effectiveness as a mass muscle builder. On top of that, because so many body parts are being worked out at the same time, you will be lifting heavier weights with greater intensity which is the basis for muscular development. This will also force your body to release more of your natural human growth hormone and testosterone which are important hormones for muscle building and tissue repairs.

The result from the hormonal increase will result in bigger muscles all over your body.

The Deadlift and Squats are classified under the category of compound exercises. Compound exercises are workouts with movements on two or more joints. The more joints that are involved in an exercise, the more muscle fibers and body parts are involved. This means that you are working on many muscle groups simultaneously.

If you ever hope to get gain bigger muscles all over your body, then compound exercises are mandatory. There are no two ways about it. So your workouts must include compound exercises like deadlifts, squats, bench presses, barbell rows, pull ups, chin ups, military presses and dips. If you are only doing isolation exercises like bicep curls and triceps kickbacks, then your muscle gain will be very slow and tedious and that is if they ever grow in the first place.

Forty Five Minute Workout – If you are working out with compound exercises with enough intensity, you would have worked out your entire body within 45 minutes. Then it is time for you to get out of the gym, take a quick shower, wolf down your protein shake and consume a well balanced meal to feed your muscles.

Another reason for leaving the gym within 45 minutes is because with the intensity and toll compound exercises exert on your body, it is under tremendous stress. When under stress, your body will produce a hormone called cortisol. This hormone can suppress your testosterone production and cause your body to store body fat.

So if you want to gain muscle mass fast, do add the squat and deadlift into your bodybuilding program. Then workout with compound exercises and remember to have rest days in between for your body to recuperate and grow.

How Fast Can You Gain Muscle Mass?

I was talking to my girlfriend the other day about getting in shape. She's a yoga instructor and is in great shape, but she has very little actual power. By power I mean explosive strength, the ability to manifest strength with speed. While she has phenomenal core strength, balance, flexibility and stamina, she's not very good at anaerobic exercise, or general lifting or resistance work. So I suggested she try some weight training to balance her out, and she said no, because she didn't want to get all jacked and ripped and covered in veins. Which lead me to explain how hard it is to gain muscle, but she remained dubious. How quickly can somebody gain muscle? What is the science behind weight lifting and muscle gain? In today's article we're going to take a closer look, so read on!

If you read the muscle magazines, you can find claims that people can gain 30 lbs of muscle if they just follow this one unique special four week routine. You see hundreds of supplements promising to help you gain 5lbs of muscle in one weekend, or other fantastic claims. Is this possible? Can you pack muscle on that quickly?

Let's look at the facts. Your average male trainee who is doing everything right, from nutrition to the right amount of exercise to sleeping properly and the rest of it can at best pack on about half a pound of muscle a week, which means about two pounds of muscle a month. A woman can do about half of that, so if a woman works out as hard as she can and does everything right, she can put on about a pound of muscle in a month.

Let's take the long term view on that. What that means is that if this man does everything absolutely right for a whole year, he can gain 24 pounds of muscle mass.

A woman can put on about twelve pounds of muscle, and when you step back and think about it, that's actually a lot of muscle. It's just not the ridiculous rate that all these magazines and products seem to promise and guarantee. Which means that my girlfriend's worries that she would wake up huge one day, a veritable she-Hulk just because she picked up some free weights are largely delusional. Don't go listening to all the advertising; instead just realize that adding muscle takes a lot of work.
