How To Develop Superhuman Strength

The fundamental element to develop superhuman strength begins first in the mind. Too many people want to achieve peak performance these days and treat the body and mind as if they were separate entities.

The quicker you learn to understand that there must be a powerful fusion of mind and body to develop superhuman strength, the quicker you will achieve peak performance you seek. So many people think that when they're using their willpower that they are indeed using their mind to command their body to develop superhuman strength. But, in fact, willpower often brings on debilitating tension which ultimately weakens the body quicker.

Most people understand the muscles don't have an intrinsic intelligence. Yet, many of us in the Western cultures tend to treat the brain as a supervisor and the muscles as their employees who will must follow their bosses commands without question. Unfortunately just as in that real life and with real people, the body doesn’t always want to graciously follow impulsive, cavalier, and often dangerous commands that put it at risk.

Should The Mind and Body Be Trained Together Or Separately to Develop Superhuman Strength?

Inadvertently thinking of the mind and body as separate entities, so many go to the gym thinking they are really using their mind because they’re using their willpower to whip their bodies into submission. This is one of the reasons why the majority of people have so much trouble achieving their goals super strength and supreme mental focus  AND end up with a lot of injuries. Many Eastern cultures always talk about the blending of the mind and body together to create Intrinsic Energy or Chi. Yet, most of the time, it's extremely rare to find someone that can teach a student how the mind and body can be completely fused to develop superhuman strength without years and years of meditation and practice. I have spent years practicing meditation myself and although I believe in it wholeheartedly in being able to achieve miraculous transformations, I have proven time and time again with my principles of CoreForce Energy that students can achieve what I will call superhuman strength within a few minutes of using its principles — yes, without all of the years of brutal training and years of self-actualizing meditation.

In this video, I walk into the gym completely cold, with no warm-up, and begin doing dumbbell curls with 60 pounds effortlessly as you will see. Throughout the video I talk throughout the exercise as if it was easy as pie to do. Remember, this is where I start cold from and then start moving up in weight. What you're seeing is just me getting warmed up basically.

You will see no straining, grunting, grimacing or throwing the weight up with momentum like many pumped-up-on-steroids-muscle-heads who are twice my size, half my age, and who lift not much more than half my starting weight – and who have no desire to explore the wondrous powers of the mind/body connection.

Human Super Strength & Vibrational Strength

If you were to go to the hospital for an MRI where they would scan you, they would tune the frequencies to what your body is vibrating to calculate your vibrational strength in a sense. It's this way that human super strength, as it were, can be measured and improved with nutrition, sleep, and most importantly – developing a strong mind body connection.

The question is – what is your body vibrating? Does it vibrate in harmony with what you're thinking? And, do those vibrations change from moment to moment and from person to person?

 Human Super Strength Can Be Measured

Your vibrational energy calibrations are as individual as our fingerprints and are ever changing and controlled by our thoughts.

What are you vibrating when your boss says he wants to see you in his office? What do you vibrate when someone close to you tells you they love you? Are the vibrations you feel just emotional OR do they also affect your strength on a physical level?

Well, if you're with me already, I think you'd agree that if you want to attain what others might call optimal human super strength, you'd want to always know exactly how your mental, physical, and emotionally charged vibrational energy was engaged at all times to maintain the highest peak performance levels.

I think you'd agree that your vibrational frequencies vary from day to day from moment to moment, from situation to situation, etc.

You will be well on your way to getting optimal human super strength when you learn to control them as they will directly affect your every experience from the gym, to the office, and even to the bedroom.

Think for a moment as if you were a concert pianist. A concert pianist plays the 88 keys and yet inside the piano, what's making the music is how you are really controlling hundreds of strings and their very vibrations.

Master Your Vibrational Energy for Human Super Strength

It’s these vibrations in your own body that change your emotions and your audiences' experience and create optimal human super strength or weakness. Those vibrations travel invisibly through the air and affect people deeply – or NOT – depending how you press down those keys, enhance the timing, the sensitivity, the velocity, etc.

So, if you were a concert pianist, it would be your job to know exactly how you create the most optimal emotional connection to your audience by stimulating the correct vibrations of the strings at the right time – AND , you’d need to know how to do that consistently – that, or you’ll be mostly likely playing to empty rooms and have a very short career!

When I say you’re in command of hundreds of strings, here’s what that means exactly. Each of the upper register notes have three strings per note – strung with such tension that some of them equals about 3000 lbs. per square inch!

The middle register strings go down to two strings per key. The lower notes are only one very thick string per note. Each string is a completely different length and thickness.

Each of your ten fingers is in command of a tremendous amount of vibrations when you play – commanded by your brain, heart, and fingers.

Well, lets now compare playing the piano to an athlete seeking optimal peak performance as a pianist might. Instead of actually playing the keys and strings of the piano, – you “play your muscles” by commanding the intensities and the ebb and flow of each movement with the vibrational energy and strength that's created by the fusion of all hemispheres of your brain fused together with you body and and emotions.

You've often heard of an athlete who “plays with of lot of heart”. It's those athletes that have the longer and successful careers generally.

Work Your Muscles Like the Strings of a Piano

Each muscle has hundreds and hundreds of fibers with different thicknesses and tensions – just like the strings of a concert grand piano. The intensity of the vibrations from your brain contracts and relaxes them.

Too much tension means diminished strength, speed, and endurance. The right amount can easily give you optimal human super strength in record time if you're not fighting against yourself.

You need to send precise frequencies to each and every muscle fiber to connect optimally with full capacity of contractions – which equals strength and velocity – AND, you need to do it consistently and to know how you did it the right way consistently.

You Must Blueprint Your Vibrational Energy For Great Strength and Speed

You can't build a house without a blueprint and yet, very few athletes know how to blueprint their vibrational energy to create optimal human super strength and endurance.
