How Do You Become Super Human with Super Speed?

Usain Bolt wowed us with his super human speed when we watched him blow past the fastest men in the world with little effort. He was a force to be reckoned with until Michael Gay met David Weck.

David Weck developed a theory that involves spiraling that revolutionized the way Gay ran. During the DN Galan race in Stockholm, Gay surpassed Bolt at the 5-second mark and never looked back. All the way to the finish line you could watch as his arms spiraled in a torquing motion.become super human like usain bolt

Weck is most widely known for his invention the Bosu ball, which when viewing is a series of spirals that wind down a half globe shaped object meant for balance and function training.

Most of Weck’s ideas come to him by accident and they are all brilliant, the Bosu ball being a multi-million dollar spark of brilliance. One thing that I have in common with Weck is the belief in fluid circular movements while training or performing pretty much any activity.

In my CoreForce Energy strength training program, I discuss the idea of torquing movements, which pretty much emulate a spiraling movement. Humans are primitively attracted to spiraling. Think about when your equilibrium is off. You tend to walk in circles or feel like you are spiraling down a drain when you stand up.

As children we spin in circles until we fall down. This incredible moment gives us amazing power and allows us to tap into primitive instincts that were long thought to be lost to man.

If you think about it, circular movements are just part of nature. The earth spins on its axis. Planets orbit around the sun. So, doesn’t it make sense that we can generate more power by utilizing circular movements? Do you want to develop superhuman speed and strength?

When you think of super human speed, heroes like Bruce Lee and Usain Bolt likely pop into your mind. If you've always thought their ability to be unattainable because they are genetic phenoms or have access to coaching that you cannot afford, think again.

Yes, to a certain degree, there is only one Bruce Lee and one Usain Bolt. But that doesn't mean that others can't be like them. And that doesn't mean that you're incapable of harnessing the same superhuman speed and abilities to move at the speed of light.

Can Your Mental State Really Develop Superhuman Speed?

Moving at the speed of light isn't a physical act, but a mental one. Of course, we're not talking the kind fantasy superhuman speed that enables a superhero to travel across galaxies. Yet, the likes of Bruce Lee and Usain Bolt, become human heroes in their own right by their fantastic physical performance as well as their mental attitude of modeling super energy instead of just normal human muscular movement.

It's a mental state though that will help you develop superhuman speed. It also requires the right kind of relaxation. I ask you to imagine yourself holding a ball and in that ball is a source of energy as great as the sun.

From a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the highest, turn up the power inside this ball of energy so that it becomes a 10 of roaring powerful energy.

As you focus and concentrate on this energy, you likely build up tension that runs from the top of your neck all the way through your spine and limbs.

Now if we watch Bruce Lee in training, or view a clip from Usain Bolt's 100-meter win in Germany, you will see something entirely different. Watch the movement of their bodies right before the action begins. Is it tense like you are when focusing on that ball of energy?Develop superhuman speed

No, it is quite the opposite. In fact, they seem so relaxed and yet poised with incredible elastic body energy and total structural integrity, it's as though they are somewhere else within their minds.

Tension actually slows down your movement and restrains your power. It withholds the actually force within you and disables your ability to release that force, hindering the escape of explosive energy making any successful progress towards superhuman speed impossible.

I was at the gym doing my cardio the other day when I saw the news flash that the 6ft 5 in, 21- year old Jamacan, Usain Bolt, who was nicknamed “Lightning Bolt” some time ago who brought the world 100 metres record down to 9.72 seconds. Unbelievably Stunning show of strength and speed.

It was quite a coincidence that earlier last week May 30, I had written to my subscribers about how you can gain almost instant speed and strength by modeling your physical movement not after human attributes but by things that have much more powerful qualities like Lightning. I called it “Relaxed Ligthning”.

As I always say in CoreForce Energy strength, your body responds to how you think. Imagine if your name was”Lightning Bolt”. Would you think different? Would you run different? Would you run faster? Would your entire workout change? Would you want to live up to the name to the best of your ability because newspapers and television were writing about you? Would you use muscle to achieve “Lightning Bolt” status? Or would you try to draw on other resources greater than you?

If you use too many muscles, you end up being slow, sluggish, and burning your energy too fast, too hot, and burn out quickly. Your movement is static, rigid, and constipated.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, when you try to relax by calming down instead of charging upwards, you don't have the high voltage charges necessary to activate your musculature powerfully enough

But if you could somehow generate fantastic power with the effortlessness of a lightning bolt, think how fast you'd be! Instead of just thinking about that, try to imagine your own nickname was “Lightning Bolt”. He obviously did. And look at the stats and how he smashed his competitors.

I'm sure you'd want to live up to that name if that was your nickname as he did. If you do only this one thing by imagining that your name was “Lightning Bolt” and hear the crowd calling out your name, see the newspaper headlines – I guarantee your next workout will be transformational.

In many of the news reports, they said Usain Bolt lived up to his name. No surprise…When you think differently – you get new results.

I can't guarantee you're going to smash world records with CoreForce Energy, but I can guarantee if you begin thinking differently with its techniques, you'll begin finding new resources of power and strength that lie buried inside you waiting to be released.
